Redevelopment of the seniors living precinct at Highview Crescent Macleod.

Demolition is again underway. City Circle, our demolition contractor, has resumed works.

Demolition is expected to be completed by early September 2025

• Program of work will continue as planned.
• Tree protection zones will remain in place.

We will continue to maintain regular security patrols of the Mayflower residences throughout the demolition period.
