Aged Care Employee Day - We Say Thank You

On Aged Care Employee Day, we proudly celebrate and express our gratitude for the exceptional dedication and compassion of our aged care employees at Mayflower and across our great nation.

Aged Care Employee Day is an opportunity to celebrate and uplift our aged care workforce, the heart and soul of our organisation. We remind them that their hard work and compassion do not go unnoticed.

The theme #ThanksForCaring highlights the importance of appreciating the tireless efforts of our aged care workers.

As part of this heartfelt celebration, our CEO, Stuart Rodney, along with residents and members of the management team at Mayflower, collaborated on a touching video to express their gratitude with a resounding 'Thanks For Caring.'          

We will also continue our celebration throughout the week with massage therapy, afternoon teas, suppers, gifts, and certificates of recognition across our sites.

So, to all of our team members, we say, #ThanksForCaring. Your dedication makes a world of difference, and we are immensely grateful for the invaluable contributions you make to the well-being of residents and clients of Mayflower.
