Introducing La Perla Wine Bar at Mayflower Brighton

We have some exciting news for our Brighton foodies.

Café Perla at Mayflower Brighton is extending its operating hours on Thursdays, as it transforms into a boutique wine bar for Mayflower residents, families, staff and friends.

La Perla Wine Bar is NOW OPEN - and will be running on Thursday’s from 4pm – 7pm.

The exclusive and enticing menu features a carefully selected range of wines, aperitifs, and cocktails, to be enjoyed with cheese and charcuterie platters, arancini, gourmet pizza and more.  

La Perla owners, Robbie and Perla value your feedback and encourage you to stop by and share your thoughts about this new initiative, and the menu - once you’ve had a chance to taste it.

“We want our diners to enjoy coming to La Perla and see it as an experience,” says Robbie, “and we would love to hear your feedback.”

Robbie and Perla strive to source the best produce available.

“We have developed long relationships with local suppliers and producers so we can invite customers to enjoy food the way they love it the most,” Robbie says.

“The food we create is not just food on a plate; it is from the heart and soul. We have a little black book of local producers from around Melbourne, including Tremila, Savour & Grace, City Larder, Mount Zero, Arancini4all and Wonder Pies and Wine Larder.

“We aim to give people a greater understanding of what is at the cornerstone of our culture – and that is hospitality. Encouraging people feel as though they are stepping into our family home each and every time they visit.”
